Before you sign up to use IELTS.Business’s product(s) for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using IELTS.Business and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Product Delivery

Paid products will be accessible for use after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. There are some cases where your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour and up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Product Compatibility/Updates

IELTS. Business plugins support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Chrome, Safari and Firefox.


You are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check the documentation page and consult via email if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

For modifications, we always recommend using the template override method or using a separate plugin such as PHP, JS or CSS snippet plugin.

Modifications made directly inside the plugin will void the support license. IELTS.Business team will not be bound to offer support for customized installations.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses

We reserve the right of blocking your user account immediately if we believe that you are trying to abuse the license term or our business in any way.

If you create an account on the IELTS.Business website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify IELTS.Business of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Age Requirements to Use Our Products

By registering for our products you hereby declare that you are 18 or over 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully competent to enter into the terms and conditions described here. Our products are not intended for children. If in any case, you are under 13, please do not use our products.

Support Policy

Our Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us and how we provide support. After you have subscribed to our product, you are eligible to ask for support for issues you might face with our product(s). Once a clear and understandable support query is placed, we try to provide a solution via email. 

Here we are sharing the detailed policies we maintain for support.

1. Support Language

Currently, we are providing support in the English language only. We expect our valued customers to place a support request in clear and decent English language so that we don’t have to guess what you are expecting from us. Please be as clear as possible. 

2. Support Priority

Our customers with valid paid product subscriptions will always have priority over our free product users.

If you have purchased a product from IELTS.Business and have a valid subscription, you are eligible to get priority support from us. We will continue supporting you as long as you have a valid subscription.

3. Support Channels

IELTS.Business provides support via tickets, knowledge base, and tutorials. Although we like to socially interact with our users, we do not usually provide any support via any other communication channels, especially not via Whatsapp, Facebook, or Twitter.

Many support queries and technical questions are already answered in the documentation, how-to guides, and FAQs. So, before sending a support query, please make sure you have read our documentation for the particular product you are using.

4. Supported WordPress Versions

WordPress 5.4 or later.

5. What Our Support Covers

  • Any WordPress compatibility error arising from a product install
  • Help with the functionality of our products, which is not specified in our documentation
  • Issues with the IELTS LMS plugin
  • Issues relating to broken product functionality

What is NOT Covered by IELTS.Business Support

  1. Software damage caused by hacker(s) attacks
  2. Products purchased from anyone other than IELTS.Business
  3. Compatibility problems with 3rd party products
  4. If you are unable to provide us with the subject website URL and access to its WordPress backend
  5. Any errors relating to the product’s code customization (PHP and/or JavaScript) 
  6. We do not support any version of IE (Internet Explorer)

Definition of Modification Support

We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support and what is considered modifications. If your request for small modification or customization help only causes us to publish just a couple of lines of CSS or JS code, we may assist you. Due to the current load on our support team, we can allocate up to 30 minutes of CSS customization free of cost each year.

If your support query requires additional modification of the product then you have two options:

  • You may wait for further development of the product.
  • You may consider hiring a developer. You can also contact us on email and contact the recommended companies or developers.


All of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.

Price Changes

IELTS.Business reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.


We have a customer-friendly 14-day refund policy. But you can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased plugin does not include.


IELTS.Business products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the IELTS.Business products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and option configuration of the product in the latest stable WordPress version which plugin was dedicated to. IELTS.Business cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugin – as there are simply too many plugins to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes/plugins as we cannot guarantee IELTS.Business plugins will work with all browser combination.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of our products are totally for demonstration purpose, you are not allowed to use them in production sites.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
